            Delegate Skinner moves to amend the bill on page 74, section 37, line 6 by striking out the words “one thousand”;

            On page 74, section 37, lines 9 and 10 by returning the stricken language to current law and striking out the underlined words on line 10 and 11, returning to current law;

            And, On page 75, section 37, line 12, by striking out the colon, inserting a period and striking out the proviso on lines 12 through 17.
